By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Pinch Hit Digital Services LLC provides the following professional services:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) setup and management
• QuickBooks software integration with payment systems
• Marketing consulting and strategy
• Aerial photography services
• E-commerce development (Shopify and other platforms)
• White-labeled platform access through PHD Suite

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Account Creation

To access our Services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 White-Label Platform Access

Access to www.phdsuite.com is provided as a white-labeled service. You will receive a sub-account through our agency platform with access to tools and services as outlined in your service agreement.
